  1. Good sleep
  2. Eat nutrient dense food
  3. Drink plenty of water
  4. Reduce Stress
  5. Exercise daily including strength training
  6. Laugh daily and don't let small things get to you
  7. Good oral hygiene- brush at least twice a day and floss
  8. Keep weight within normal range
  9. Deep breathing exercises
  10. Find natural preventive care for body maintenance
  11. Have an annual checkup with blood work yearly
  12. Listen to your body speak to you through manifestations ( ex- headache, fatigue, skin blemishes etc)
