- Good sleep
- Eat nutrient dense food
- Drink plenty of water
- Reduce Stress
- Exercise daily including strength training
- Laugh daily and don't let small things get to you
- Good oral hygiene- brush at least twice a day and floss
- Keep weight within normal range
- Deep breathing exercises
- Find natural preventive care for body maintenance
- Have an annual checkup with blood work yearly
- Listen to your body speak to you through manifestations ( ex- headache, fatigue, skin blemishes etc)
